Delco D-MRL Elevator Provided for Upscale Miami Restaurant

Working with South Florida’s Brouss Elevators Inc., Delco Elevator Products recently completed an elevator project at Maíz y Agave luxury restaurant on Miami’s Miracle Mile using Delco’s D-MRL package. Delco collaborated with Brouss to deliver a solution tailored to the project’s unique needs. The elevator travels three stories, has 3500 lb capacity and travels at 200 ft/min. Delco supplied a complete machine-room-less (MRL) package featuring a Haider Drive gearless machine, delivering the project on time within a 10-12-week timeframe. Opening in Spring 2024, Maíz y Agave highlights the cuisine and culture of Oaxaca, Mexico, offering two floors of dining and a rooftop bar.
