Dubai real estate developer Meraas unveiled Design Quarter at Dubai Design District (d3) the first residential development in d3 — three towers housing 558 residences of various sizes and an array of amenities, The National reported in March. Construction is planned to start this year and complete in 2027, bringing lofts, duplexes and penthouses with views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Water Canal. Also on tap are a double-level infinity pool, a gym, gardens, tennis courts and basketball courts. d3, part of Telecom Group, hosts Dubai Design Week, Dubai Fashion Week and other events, and is home to fashion houses, art galleries, restaurants and cafés. News of Design Quarter at d3 comes on the heels of Dubai’s property market “making a strong recovery from the coronavirus pandemic as the emirate’s economy rebounded on higher oil prices and government policies.”
