Dubai, U.A.E.’s Deyaar Development unveiled the plans for its Downtown Residences project, slated to be one of the tallest residential projects in the U.A.E., on June 10, The National News reports. As the U.A.E.’s property market continues to gain demand from buyers, Deyaar announced its plans to build the project, with a height of 445 m and more than 110 floors, near Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. The structure, to be built in the shape of a twin tower, will include 522 homes, ranging from to one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses and an exclusive “royal palace” at the top. The buildings will offer amenities such as floating gardens and AI meditation pods. The project is set to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2030.
