Digital screens have been placed in residential elevators at the Royal Wharf development in London in partnership with developer Oxley, allowing property partners to create, upload and display important community messages in real-time, ThisWeekinFM.com reports. This is the first time digital elevator screens have been introduced in residential properties in the U.K, and the deal marks Dubai-based Elevision’s debut in the U.K. The whole system is operated remotely and eliminates the need for paper notices. Niall Sallam, Elevision’s CEO, said, “Oxley’s extensive property portfolio makes them the perfect partner for our expansion into the U.K., and this partnership is yet another example of their forward-thinking approach when it comes to enhancing every aspect of the resident experience.”
