Azizi Developments, a major private developer in the U.A.E., announced a strategic partnership with KONE that involves KONE providing 490 DX Class MonoSpace® elevators to multiple projects across Dubai South, outlets including MENAFN report. These include Azizi Venice, Azizi Riveria, Azizi Rêve, Creek Views III, Dubai Healthcare City and MBR City. Elevator systems will be complemented by AI-driven predictive maintenance to maximize uptime, safety and energy efficiency. The upcoming Dubai South mixed-use district is “set to elevate the emirate’s arts landscape,” MENAFN observes. At its core will be a 2,500-seat opera house designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and a pedestrian thoroughfare (encased in temperature-controlled glass in summer) lined with three-story buildings. Azizi Venice will be centered around a blue lagoon bordered by sandy beaches surrounding condominiums, villas and mansions.
