EESF Launches Phase 1 of Safe-T-Riders App

The Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation (EESF) recently announced on LinkedIn the launch of Phase 1 of the Safe-T-Riders App, which takes all of the vital information the Safe-T-Riders are known for teaching and putting it into a fun and engaging game. This app is currently a two-part system. Teachers can create a dashboard account through the weblink and receive a class code. Then, the students can download the app and log in using the teacher’s class code. EESF is first releasing the app to members of the vertical-transportation industry; the EESF class code is IU7IYT1. The app will make it easier than ever for teachers and other safety officials to bring the EESF mission of rider safety to their students. According to EESF Executive Director Amber Catlin-Kolodziej,  Phase Two will bring exciting updates, a personalized (non-classroom) user experience and some fun surprises along the way.
