Catlin-Kolodziej

The Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation (EESF) has named Amber Catlin-Kolodziej executive director. Based in Pendleton, Indiana (northeast of Indianapolis), Catlin-Kolodziej has years of experience in the nonprofit sector, as well as familial connections to the elevator/escalator industry through her husband and grandfather. She plans to leverage this experience and background to better meet the mission and vision of the Foundation. Catlin-Kolodziej holds a degree in business administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology and worked for several years as an adjunct professor teaching general education courses. She and her husband have five children and, when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, traveling and hiking. “My goal is to create new partnerships while caring for and fostering existing partnerships both within — and outside of — the industry, as well as grow the mission of EESF with educational programming,” Catlin-Kolodziej said.
