Ellington Properties, a leading developer in Dubai, and the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) have launched Mercer House, consisting of two, 34-story residential towers rising above four podiums in Uptown Dubai, Gulf News reports. The source observed Mercer House represents “another chapter in Ellington Properties’ acclaimed collaboration with DMCC,” a global free zone and Government of Dubai authority on commodities and trade. Scheduled for delivery in the 3rd quarter of 2027, the property will offer residences ranging from studio apartments to multi-bedroom penthouses, along with a 45,000-ft2 beach club, 25,000 ft2 of retail and a sports hall. Ellington Properties’ portfolio includes towers in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate and Jumeirah Village Circle, and Mercer House is set to be one of its tallest.
