A team that includes developer Outpost Management, general contractor Tide Construction and its partner modular company Vision Modular Systems celebrated the topping out of Enclave: Croydon on November 2 in Croydon, South London, U.K., BTR News reports. At 158 m and 50 stories, it becomes the tallest building in Croydon and Europe’s tallest modular building. Set to open in late 2023, Enclave: Croydon will include 817 build-to-rent homes and an array of amenities. Vision Modular Systems’ construction methodology saves up to 50% off construction time and helps “meet London’s demand for high-quality homes quickly, efficiently and safely while minimizing environmental impact in construction,” John Fleming, chairman of Tidewater Construction and Vision Modular systems, said.
