Fermator Announces Relocation of Josep Monroig to Poland

Fermator Group, a global leader in the manufacturing of automatic door systems for lifts, has announced a key strategic move as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen operations and expand its global presence. Josep Monroig, who currently holds the position of coordinator of Manufacturing and Distribution Centres, will relocate to the facility in Poland, Enginova Sp. z o.o. “This relocation aligns with the strategic decision made by the management to reinforce the operational and commercial capabilities of the Enginova plant,” the company said. Monroig will continue to oversee his current responsibilities; however, his previous role as key account manager for TKE will be reassigned. Monroig’s move to Poland is expected to foster closer collaboration with the local team, as well as with the clients primarily served by the factories in Germany and Eastern Europe.
