Fermator’s Brazil operations received an honor and celebrated the 2024 holidays with both employees and children in need. The Spain-based manufacturer’s Tecnoamérica Ind. E Comércio Ltda. automatic elevator door factory in São Paolo received the Revista Elevador Brasil Award from Revista Elevador Brasil magazine for its “continuous collaboration and commitment to driving progress and making a difference in the Brazilian elevator industry.” The recognition was received by Fabio da Silva of the Tecnoamérica marketing department. Fermator thanked the magazine for the acknowledgement and for “being a key ally in our journey.” For the 2024 Christmas holidays, Fermator hosted an employee barbecue at the Tecnoamérica factory on December 27 that included live music. In addition, the factory purchased new soccer balls, dolls, toy cars and other items that were donated to the Centro Communitário CECAP, a local organization dedicated to helping children in need have a happier Christmas.
