“Liftinstituut Expert Sessions” online videos Episode 4, “IoT (Internet of Things) in the Elevator Industry” is now available at liftinstituut.com/knowledge-center. The fourth video of this series, with Managing Director John van Vliet, covered the following themes: “What IoT developments are relevant for elevator and escalator safety?” and “What is the legal framework for safety inspections using IoT?” Viewers involved with elevator and escalator safety — including inspectors, engineers and repair/maintenance technicians — will find a discussion of topical interest in all videos of the series.
