The trade magazine liftreport will celebrate its 50th anniversary during the liftdialog innovation forum on May 20-21 in Dortmund in the heart of Germany’s Ruhr region. On the first day, participants are set to enjoy dinner, networking and a stunning view of the city during a meet-and-greet at one of Dortmund’s most famous landmarks: the Brauturm in the Dortmunder U. The next day will feature the liftdialog forum at the Goldsaal of the Westfalenhallen Dortmund Congress Center. Expert presenters from the elevator and related industries will cover the skilled labor market, elevator monitoring, use of resources for small to medium-sized enterprises, cybersecurity, intelligent door diagnostics and more. A panel discussion centered around the theme “Initiative Instead of Reaction” will follow. Registration and further information can be found in upcoming issues of liftreport. — reported by Sascha Göbel, EW Europe Correspondent
