Groundbreaking Held for Mixed-Use Development in Charlotte

Clark Construction Group announced it has broken ground on mixed-use development Queensbridge Collective at 111 East Carson Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina. Representatives from Riverside Investment & Development, Woodfield Development, Goettsch Partners and CBRE were also in attendance. Clark will serve as construction manager-at-risk for the project, which includes a 42-story, 409-unit residential tower; a 35-story, 600,000 ft2 office building; nearly 30,000 ft2 of retail; and 1,600 parking spaces. Vertical construction on the residential tower is set to begin immediately following the completion of sitework with full completion expected in summer 2025.
