Brooklyn, NY-based Highride Elevator Services tells ELEVATOR WORLD it provided a trio of elevators for 2123 Glebe Avenue, a new 13-story, 111-unit residential building in Westchester Square, Bronx, NY. The package includes a machine-room-less duplex and a hydraulic elevator. Elevators are joined by amenities including pet-friendly policies, security cameras and a shared laundry room at the tower, according to New York YIMBY, which reported in January that the affordable housing lottery had launched for the property. Designed by S. Wieder Architect and developed by Moses Freund of The Vaja Group, 2123 Glebe Avenue consists of an earth-toned base structure topped by a black and white tower with a grid of square windows.
