Exterior work at 111 West 57th Street in NYC moved a step closer to completion recently when construction crews began disassembling the exterior lift on the 1,428-ft-tall residential supertall on Manhattan’s Billionaires’ Row, New York YIMBY reports. The tower, designed by SHoP Architects and developed by JDS Development, Property Markets Group and Spruce Capital Partners, is the world’s most slender building, boasting a height-to-width ratio of 24:1. It features 60 units marketed by Studio Sofield. Vertical transportation is provided by Otis.
