Hyundai Lifts For Dubai Mixed-Use Development

Bin Ham North Ocean Elevators, exclusive distributor of Hyundai elevators in the U.A.E., has been selected by Azizi Developments to supply, install, test and commission high-end elevators for phase three of its mixed-use Riviera development in Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City, Dubai, MENAFN is among outlets to report. Described as Aziza’s “flagship waterfront community” in MBR City, Riviera is distinguished by a 2.7-km-long swimmable “crystal lagoon” that will be lined with eateries and boutiques. Riviera is strategically located near the under-construction Meydan One Mall and the Meydan Racecourse, home to the Dubai World Cup. Aziza Developments CEO Farhad Azizi said the deal with Bin Ham North Ocean Elevators “reflects our commitment to procure only the very best for our valued investors and end users.”
