In Memoriam: Zivart Kharabian Oughourlian

Oughourlian

Zivart Kharabian Oughourlian, co-founder with her husband, Jerry, of Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada-based Ascenseur Adams Elevator Services Inc., passed away on January 15 at age 85. Adams is a longtime member of the Canadian Elevator Contractors Association (CECA), and the Oughourlian family has been consistently active in the association. Jerry Oughourlian was on the CECA Board of Directors, and Zivart and Jerry Oughourlian’s son, Pedro, served as CECA president. A service will be held starting at 7 p.m. on January 17 at Komitas Funeral Home at 5180 rue de Salaberry, Montreal.
