Innocore Pro Elevator Supplies Two Units at LIC Tower

Queens, NY-headquartered Innocore Pro Elevator, Inc., provided two, 500 ft/min overhead gearless passenger elevators making 25 stops to The Greene, a recently completed 21-story residential tower at 46-30 Pearson Street in Long Island City (LIC), Queens. One unit has 3500-lb capacity and the other, 2500 lb. Innocore tells ELEVATOR WORLD both are outfitted with Torin Drive machines, Smartrise controllers, GAL door equipment and Hollister-Whitney safeties. New York YIMBY reported in April that construction is complete on the building, designed by Marvel Architects and developed by ZD Jasper. With a brick façade and floor-to-ceiling windows, The Greene offers 130 condominiums, ground-level retail, a 34-vehicle parking area and an array of amenities including a rooftop terrace.
