Italy’s Elevatori Magazine took part in a training conference for condominium managers organized by Anapic (National Association of Condominium Managers) and established a partnership with Anapic on July 4 in Milan. Training topics included overcoming architectural barriers, achieving energy efficiency, maintaining plant safety and understanding new technologies such as AI. Two lift sector companies — component manufacturer GMV Martini SpA and maintenance company Ital-Lift Srl — were also present at the event, during which a new partnership between Elevatori and Anapic was officially established. Condominium managers were encouraged to attend the upcoming Lift Expo Italia in Milan in December. Anapic and Elevatori will now join forces to work toward the common goal of ensuring accessibility, maintaining a dialogue among all relevant players (builders, installers, manager and users) and expanding the workforce.
