James Joins Vantage as Chief Commercial Officer

James

Michael James has joined Bronx, NY-headquartered Vantage Elevator Solutions as chief commercial officer, reporting directly to CEO Jay Dietz and responsible for leading Vantage’s sales and marketing efforts companywide. Beginning his career with Dover Elevator Co., now TK Elevator, James has more than 34 years’ industry experience, including the past 29 years with KONE. While at KONE, James served in a global capacity as modernization business development manager and, more recently, as senior vice president, modernization, for KONE Americas. In welcoming James to the team, Dietz observed that James and his teams have consistently achieved outstanding financial performance, growing business at a rate that significantly exceeded market norms. “He and his teams also delivered continuous improvement in safety, employee engagement and customer loyalty,” Dietz said.
