Japan Elevator Service Holdings Appoints BoD and Other Officers

At the 31st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 24, Japan Elevator Service Holdings Co. Ltd. elected its Board of Directors (BOD), according to MarketScreener. In conjunction with this, the company announced that the duties of each director and the appointment of the supervisory executive officer were resolved at a meeting of the BOD held on the same day. The official positions of the directors are as follows: Katsushi Ishida as president and representative director CEO, Kimihiko Imamura as director deputy president CFO and Hitoshi Watanabe, Noriko Endo and Mika Yano as outside directors. The supervisory executive officer appointments are Shuji Kuramoto as deputy president executive officer, Shinsuke Uno as senior managing executive officer and Daiki Murakami as managing executive officer. Satoshi Watanabe is now senior managing executive officer. Yukiya Maeyama, Satoshi Sawada, Akira Sato, Kosuke Nasu, Jun Yamazawa, Kenji Nishimura and Chika Tateishi are managing executive officers. Takashi Kitano and Tomohiro Toda are senior executive officers. Shinobu Sekine, Yuji Nagahama, Keiichi Sano, Masaki Horaguchi, Kenji Soejima and Masahiro Yamashita are executive officers.
