In partnership with developer Select Group, Jumeirah Group plans to build a 35-story luxury branded residential tower in Dubai’s Business Bay, The National News reports. Scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, Jumeirah Living Residences Business Bay would be Jumeirah Group’s fourth such tower and become one of six within the Peninsula development on Dubai Canal. Remarking on the popularity of Jumeirah Group’s serviced hotel residences at Marina Gate, CEO Jose Silva said, “We are entering a new dynamic of hospitality where guests are no longer simply a holiday-maker, business traveler or vacationer: They are often now all three rolled into one.” On the drawing board at Jumeirah Living Residences Business Bay are 82 residences of various sizes, including a full-floor, five-bedroom penthouse on the top floor.
