Knowsley Lift Services Ltd., headquartered in Liverpool, recently installed a platform lift at the Port of Liverpool Building (commonly known as the Dock Office) for client property manager CRBE. Providing accessibility at the Grade II* listed building — along with the Royal Liver Building and the Cunard Building, one of the “Three Graces” lining the city’s waterfront — the Dock Office was constructed between 1904 and 1907 in the Edwardian Baroque style. The platform lift was installed by Gartec, and the project was managed by Knowsley Senior Technical Project Manager Dave Tracey. Knowsley thanks the Gartec U.K. Trade Accounts Manager for his help throughout the process.
