KONE Appoints Wen As EVP Procurement and Board Member

KONE has appointed Michelle Wen as executive vice president (EVP), Procurement and member of the KONE Executive Board, effective August 1. In this new role, Wen will report directly to KONE President and CEO Philippe Delorme. Wen has held several leadership positions in procurement, purchasing, supply chain and supplier quality across various industries in Europe, Asia and the U.S. From 2017-2022, she was with Stellantis Corp., most recently as chief global purchasing and supply chain officer. Earlier, she worked for companies including Vodafone, Vallourec, Allstom Transport, Renault Nissan and Phillips Car Systems. Currently a board member at Georg Fischer Ltd., Wen holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and studied international trade at American Christ’s College. With an MBA from the Upper Business School of Paris, Wen studied economics and accounting at the London School of Economics and executive management at Institut européen d’administration des affaires and the Wharton School.
