KONE Confirms Participation in Inaugural GEE 2023 in Milan

On September 4, KONE confirmed its participation in the first edition of the international Global Elevator Exhibition (GEE), planned on November 15-17 at Fiera Milano Rho in Milan, Italy. The Finland-based OEM is a global leader in elevators, escalators, automatic doors for buildings and more, and its participation in GEE is a “decisive endorsement of the event,” which will bring together members of the lift, escalator, moving walk and components industry from all over the world. It will be held concurrently with two other B2B exhibitions — the ME-MADE Expo, Italy’s leading trade fair for architecture and construction, and SICUREZZA, a European event for the security and firefighting sector — under a strategic alliance known as MIBA, or the Milan International Building Alliance. KONE said its participation “is a statement of intent that reflects the ongoing commitment of the company, and of GEE and MIBA, [as they] shape the future of vertical mobility and lead the industry toward increasingly smart, sustainable, complementary and efficient solutions.”
