“Liftinstituut Expert Sessions” Produces Episode 5

The “Liftinstituut Expert Sessions” has produced Episode 5 of its online videos, “Elevators and Cybersecurity,” available now at liftinstituut.com/knowledge-center. Presented by Elena Mauro, functional safety certification specialist at Liftinstituut, the latest episode focuses on elevators and cybersecurity. Main questions to be covered are:

  • What are the risks concerning elevators and IoT?
  • Are there standards concerning elevators and cybersecurity?
  • What can we learn from other industries like the automotive and process industry?

Previous sessions, also available, are Episode 1, “Safety Inspections”; Episode 2, “The Integral Safety Vision”; Episode 3, “BREXIT and its Consequences for the Lift Industry; and Episode 4, “IoT in the Lift Industry.”
