Dubai-based developer London Gate and Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Franck Muller are launching their second branded luxury residential tower in less than a year: the Franck Muller Vantage Tower, International Business Magazine reports. Located in Dubai Marina, the 34-story structure will offer 722 residences of various sizes and amenities that include fitness centers, swimming pools, lounges, secure parking and full concierge services. Handover is anticipated in September 2027. London Gate CEO Eman Taha said three of its projects — Nadine 1, Nadine 2 and Maya 5 — were completed ahead of schedule. Its first development with Franck Muller, the iconic, 106-story Franck Muller Aeternitas tower, is rapidly moving toward completion with 30 stories already finished, she said.
