Luxury Residential Tower Fashionz by Danube and FashionTV Planned in Dubai

Danube Properties and FashionTV have partnered to bring the 65-story, 700-plus residential unit Fashionz by Danube and FashionTV to Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Triangle, The Print is among outlets to report. On the heels of selling out Viewz, an AED2.05-billion (US$558-million) luxury development with Aston Martin furnishings, Danube Properties is looking to follow suit with Fashionz. With more than 40 facilities and amenities including a meditation zone, a trampoline park, a fashion ramp, a doctor on call and a Japanese garden, Fashionz by Danube and FashionTV will likely appeal to the Bollywood stars who have already visited the Danube Properties offices, developers hope. Headquartered in Dubai, Danube Properties has launched more than 20 properties with a current development portfolio that includes more than 9,900 units.
