Bombara

Maven Group, LLC, headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, on January 17 announced the appointment of Carson Bombara as director of business development. Bombara joins Maven Group after gaining considerable vertical-transportation (VT) industry insight during his tenure with American Elevator Group’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team. Since Maven Group’s inception in 2016, VT service providers, suppliers and manufacturers with combined annual revenue of more than US$300 million have engaged the firm to facilitate M&A across the U.S. and Canada. Maven Group President and CEO Dominik Sachsenheimer said adding Bombara to the team “will undoubtedly help us expand our current services and further improve our formula for success.”
