Merten Promoted to Sales Manager at ECS

Broadview, Illinois-headquartered ECS Corp. recently announced the promotion of Nichole Merten to sales manager. In this new role, Merten will guide the elevator and escalator replacement parts supplier toward “smarter sales targets, stronger customer engagement and trusted support.” Merten has 14 years’ industry experience — the last eight at ECS — where owners Ray and Julie Allen said she delivered outstanding customer service backed by a strong work ethic. “We and the entire ECS team are grateful to have such a special person taking care of the company’s valued customers and representing us nationwide,” the Allens said.
