Metro Elevator Expands Florida Team

Metro Elevator, with locations nationwide, has strengthened its commitment to Florida with dedicated leadership for both its South Florida and West Florida divisions — each led by President Frank Smith. In South Florida, Certified Project Management Professional Alys Roark has joined as Commercial Director. Roark brings 18 years of vertical-transportation experience, blending technical expertise with business insight. She is OSHA-30 trained, holds a Florida Certificate of Competency and has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, solving complex challenges and delivering results beyond expectations.

In West Florida, Metro Elevator has established a division serving the Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Fort Myers and Naples areas. This operation is supported by Director of Field Operations Dale Allen, who offers three decades of hands-on global experience and a reputation for solving challenging field issues. Smith, with more than 20 years in installation, modernization, service and operations, oversees both divisions to ensure consistent quality, responsiveness and customer care across the state.
