Metro Elevator Taps Leaders for Growing Florida Division

(l-r) Frank Smith and Cory Terramo

Metro Elevator recently tapped leaders for its rapidly growing South Florida division, headquartered in Hollywood, Florida. Leading the division is President Frank Smith, who brings more than 20 years’ vertical-transportation (VT) industry experience. He previously held senior leadership positions at Otis and has successfully led global operations, driven field performance and delivered complex modernization, service and new-installation projects across diverse markets. Working alongside Smith is Metro Elevator Florida Director of Field Operations Cory Teramo, who joins the team with more than 18 years of hands-on experience in the VT industry and a proven track record of operational excellence. Teramo and Smith are driving quality and ensuring code and safety compliance as they oversee teams in the Miami, Palm Beach and surrounding markets.
