NAESA International Awards 2024 John Steele Scholarships

NAESA International recently announced the 2024 John Steele Memorial Scholarship winners. In evaluating seven applications for the scholarship, the “process went well with very tight scoring between the applicants,” according to NAESA. The recipients of the scholarships are Nicole Marineci, the daughter of Valentin Marineci, a NAESA member since 2022; Ibraheem Mohammed, the son of Shoeeb Mohammed, a NAESA member since 2009; Maria Stavropoulos, the daughter of Athanasios Stavropoulos, a NAESA member since 2015; and Lucy Lee, the daughter of John Michael Lee, a NAESA member since 2022. The John Steele Memorial Scholarships are awarded annually by the NAESA Canadian Region in memory of John Steele. The four scholarships are awarded to the child or grandchild of a NAESA Canadian Region member in good standing whose membership remains active.
