(l-r) Dennis Mason and Norm Nelson

Coppell, Texas-headquartered Kings III Emergency Communications, a leading third-party provider of elevator and pool emergency monitoring solutions in North America and part of the Arcline Investment Management portfolio, announced on April 28 that Chief Operating Officer Norm Nelson is succeeding outgoing CEO Dennis Mason, who has transitioned to senior advisor, effective May 1. During his 18 years as CEO, Mason helped drive substantial revenue growth, market share expansion and team development. Having owned and operated his family’s independent elevator company, Southern California-based Modern Elevator, for 12 years, Mason carried a multitude of elevator licenses and certifications. Under Mason’s leadership, Kings III established itself as a distributor in the elevator communications industry, remaining at the forefront of technological innovations and providing code-compliance expertise to both customers and partners. Since joining Kings III, Nelson has overseen field operations, customer service and retention and the Emergency Dispatch Center. Prior to Kings III, Nelson held senior management roles at Vivint Smart Home.
