Luxury brand Biltmore will make its Middle East debut in Dubai with its first-ever property in partnership with real estate developer GJ Properties, Construction Week Middle East reports. Renderings of Biltmore Residences Sufouh show two adjoining 44-floor towers with a spiral façade design. Set to open in 2025, the development will comprise 480 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and a variety of high-end lifestyle amenities. The top six floors will be exclusive penthouses, known as the Atmosphere Collection. The Biltmore project is located on Sheik Zayed Road, adjacent to the Al Sufouh community, offering residents proximity to schools, hospitals and entertainment along with views of the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah. The interiors of the residences have been crafted by global design studio Gary Greene Design, “elevating the living experience to new heights.”
