Northern California Elevator Industry Group (NCEIG), which closed its doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, plans to relaunch in November, NCEIG President Frank Fletcher tells ELEVATOR WORLD. The nonprofit organization for elevator industry contractors, suppliers and affiliates plans to host a kickoff meeting on November 7 with featured speaker Dan Barker, principal safety engineer for the State of California. The meeting will include a luncheon followed by a question-and-answer session. The event is open to all former and potential members. Seating will be limited, and Fletcher expects a full house. Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP to Fletcher at email. Fletcher will provide a location.
