The New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM) invites NYC elevator contractors, consultants and suppliers to its year-end reception of building management professionals on December 20. The event will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Trattoria Bianca, located inside the historic New Yorker Hotel. NYARM focuses on the next decade’s imminent multi-billion-dollar investment in New York City and State’s private, and governmental, commercial-to-residential building conversions — the increased demand on the elevator industry will be phenomenal. This “Idea Exchange” networking event is designed to begin preparation for the ultimate capital upgrades/gut renovations required. The cost for the event for ELEVATOR WORLD readers is $20, which is the same for NYARM members, and includes appetizers. RSVP is required. Those interested can contact NYARM Executive Director Margie Russell by phone or text:516-456-0313, email at mrussell@nyarm.com. Click here for more information.
