One of Nation’s Largest TKE EOX Installations in Connecticut

TK Elevator (TKE) will install 11 EOX elevators at The Corbin District in the heart of Darien, Connecticut, TKE New Installation Sales Executive Jennifer Monahan said on LinkedIn in July. It is currently one of the largest installations in the U.S. for EOX, a digitally native, energy-efficient TKE elevator launched in North America in 2023. The elevator system will transport residents, shoppers, employees and visitors throughout mid-rise buildings in the district, described by developer Baywater Properties as a 7-acre place “where NYC meets New England.” Representing Baywater Properties, JLL Capital Markets announced on July 9 it had closed on US$165-million in construction financing for phase two of The Corbin District, slated for completion in summer 2026.
