Otis tells ELEVATOR WORLD it provided a three-elevator system to The Rockwell, a new 13-story residential building at 2688 Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The system includes two Gen3 PeakTM elevators with built-in connectivity to the Otis ONETM Internet of Things digital platform, and one HydroFitTM machine-room-less holeless hydraulic elevator. New York YIMBY recently reported that construction had completed on the property, designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Toll Brothers, which also served as general contractor. The Rockwell offers 81 condominium units and ground-level retail occupied by a drugstore. Amenities include a 24-h attended lobby, a landscaped private terrace, a fitness center, a screening room and a pet spa.
