Otis tells ELEVATOR WORLD it provided 12 elevators — 10 SkyRise® and two Gen2® units — for 3ELEVEN, a 60-story residential skyscraper at 601 West 28th Street that neighbors Hudson Yards in Midtown Manhattan, NYC. The 695-ft-tall structure was designed by FXCollaborative, developed by Douglaston Development and constructed by Levine Builders, New York YIMBY reported. Part of a two-building complex that also includes 606 West 30th Street, 3ELEVEN will offer 935 residences and 15,000 ft2 of retail. YIMBY observed that residents facing north and east will see Hudson Yards, while those facing south and west, Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River. The project is scheduled for completion later this summer, and will also include 50,000 ft2 of amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, tenant lounges and outdoor pet areas.
