Otis India’s First Use of Compass 360 for Hyderabad Towers

Otis will install 21 elevators at The Trilight, a luxury residential project consisting of three interconnected towers up to 60 stories tall in Hyderabad, India, Otis President, Chair and CEO Judy Marks said during a January 29 earnings call. The project, developed by P Mangatram and Dé BlueOak, will be Otis India’s first use of the Compass 360 destination-management system in a residential project, she said. Scheduled for completion in 2027, The Trilight will offer 462 residences in three-, four- or five-bedroom formats spanning up to 5,777 ft². There will also be two limited format units that are 10,111 and 11,333 ft². Situated at Golden Mile, Kokapet, the development will offer ease of connectivity via the Outer Ring Road toll gate at the Financial District, the developers said.
