Otis Worldwide Corp. has been recognized by Fair360 for a fourth consecutive year as a “Noteworthy Company” for its commitment to creating and promoting an inclusive culture. The Fair360, formerly DiversityInc, Top 50 survey evaluates U.S. employers on workplace fairness. “Otis is committed to being a company where every voice feels safe, welcomed and heard,” Otis Senior Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Alecia Smith said. Smith noted that the award was an exciting start to the company’s “We Are Many Voices Week,” an initiative that celebrates the contributions made by Otis colleagues around the world.
