Otis Named to International List for Disability Inclusion

Otis Worldwide Corp. has been recognized for its commitment to disability inclusion by the Disability Equality Index® by being named a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion for 2024 in five countries. The Disability Equality Index is a comprehensive benchmarking tool for Fortune 1000 companies to measure disability workplace inclusion inside the organization and to assess performance across industry sectors. In 2024, 542 corporations used this tool to benchmark their disability inclusion efforts. The index measures culture and leadership, enterprise-wide access, employment practices, community engagement, supplier diversity and responsible procurement. Businesses scoring 80 or higher – are recognized as a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion. This is the first year that countries outside the U.S. have been benchmarked.
