During a January 29 earnings call, Otis President, Chair and CEO Judy Marks said the company will install 142 vertical-transportation (VT) units at Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) facilities. The elevators will help support the agency’s mission by providing safe and reliable VT at 41 public clinics and hospitals throughout the country, she said. Upon completion, these units will transition to Otis’ maintenance portfolio, joining the nearly 600 IMSS units already serviced by Otis.
