Pavilon Promoted to KONE Sales Executive in Chicago

Pavilon

Eric Pavilon announced he has been promoted from senior sales consultant to sales executive at KONE in Chicago. Holding a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Illinois State University, Pavilon joined the elevator industry in 2015 as an account manager at Urban Elevator Service in the Chicagoland area. Pavilon became a senior sales consultant at KONE in 2018. In announcing his promotion, Pavilon thanked the “great cast of managers and co-workers” who helped him grow, particularly KONE Service Solutions General Manager Bridget Pollard. He said the key to elevator career success is to always focus on solving customer problems. “When a buyer/customer loses, the seller loses, too, at least in the long run,” Pavilon said. “When we help customers win first, fix their problems and cure their headaches, KONE has won every single time.”
