Rainwater Welcomed as TKE Americas CEO

TK Elevator (TKE) announced on November 10 it has named Jeremy L. Rainwater CEO of TKE Americas, overseeing business operations in North and South America. Based at TKE’s North America Regional Business Support Center in Atlanta and reporting to TKE CEO Uday Yadav, Rainwater brings more than 20 years’ elevator industry experience to his role, which becomes effective on November 15. He most recently served as chief operating officer at Johnson Controls International Building Solutions North America, a US$10 billion business with nearly 30,000 employees. Rainwater began his elevator career at Schindler, working in various roles of increasing responsibility in accounting and as a branch and district manager; vice president; area general manager; and senior vice president responsible for new installation, service, repair and modernization business in North America. Rainwater holds a BA in business from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee and an MBA from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He is also a graduate of Harvard University’s Advanced Management Program.
