Riyadh’s Atlas Elevators Signs Agreement To Support Expansion

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s Atlas Elevators General Trading and Contracting Co. inked a SAR400,000 (US$106,616) agreement with Makannah Trading Co. for Makannah to oversee equipment upgrades and modernization as Atlas relocates its old plant, Argaam reports. Makannah is also charged with tapping technical staff to manage and operate the factory, participate in engineering and technical meetings and supervise the move. The agreement also includes Makannah assisting in securing high-quality raw materials at competitive prices and obtaining international product certifications from entities such as the International Organization for Standardization to support Atlas’ strategic objectives.
