The Schmersal Group has founded a new subsidiary in the Noon Square building in Seoul: Schmersal Korea Ltd. The managing director of the new subsidiary is Uwe Seeger, director, Asia-Pacific & Middle East at the Schmersal Group. The Seoul office will initially be managed by experienced application engineer Woncheol Shin who will act as safety consultant and provide new and existing customers with safety-related products and services in this technically demanding market. “The establishment of Schmersal Korea Ltd. is an important strategic step. Korea, one of the richest countries in Asia, offers a dynamic business environment with a highly developed technological infrastructure and many global tech companies,” Seeger explained. “This environment offers great opportunities for growth and new partnerships within the broader Asian market, leveraging Korea’s strengths in innovation and industrial development.”
