SLM World Expo 2026 Organizers Invite Participation

Virgo Communications & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., organizer of the 2nd Smart Lift & Mobility (SLM) Expo, planned on February 5-7, 2026, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, invites participation. “Following the remarkable success of SLM Expo 2024, we are excited to expand the scope of the event to include sectors that are transforming the mobility landscape in India,” said Vashdev S Gwalani, Virgo vice president of sales and marketing. These sectors include smart elevator access control systems, car-parking solutions, mobility solutions and gate boom barriers. Bangalore and surrounding areas in south India are driving business for the elevator industry, with the region capturing nearly 36% of the Indian elevator market in fiscal year 2022. Drivers include infrastructure advancements, large-scale industrial activity and the establishment of key manufacturing and research facilities by leading companies. “With a booming industrial base, increasing urbanization and low-cost labor availability, this region is fertile ground for innovations in urban mobility and smart infrastructure,” Virgo observed.
